Caught yourself daydreaming today? Or perhaps you didn’t even notice that you spent a significant amount of minutes day dreaming? Oops. Let’s try to eliminate that day dreaming that eats away at our goals.
There’s probably two ways to monitor that issue. Keep a log or event tracker next to you when you study for each day. And each time you catch yourself daydreaming place a mark there. At the end of the day you will have a certain number of daydream marks on the log. For each new day, try to have less and less marks on the log. Or do the reverse. For every hour you spent productive without a distraction, put a star or smilie or whatever symbol you want to use, and try to collect more over the course of the day.
