No 1. Time management hack
Have you heard of the Pomodoro Technique for efficiently getting stuff done within your appointed time frame? I’ve heard about it here and there, but was reminded about it again by Sara IG@living.brightag who created this really nice graphic to explain it. She’s happy for me to share it. Do follow her.
Here are the steps:
1. Use a timer and appoint 25 mins. Work super focused for that time with no distractions.
2. Bell rings and enjoy an unconditional 5 min break. Don’t cheat. Have the break!
3. Repeat again until you have completed 4 Pomodori rounds, and then have a good chill for 10-15 minutes or more if needed.
I tried this today and it’s working !!! Keeps you away from goal eroding distractions 👍
