An apple a day
Have you had your apple today?
We've all heard the saying 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away'. But apparently there are more to apples than just keeping the doc away. Apples are classified as brain food. There are certain elements in apples that improves mental alertness and memory function which in turn helps us with our studies. There's an antioxidant in the skills called quercetin which is actually the thing that does all that great work for our brains. So eat the skin, and if you're taking exams this week or any week and studying, remember those apples 🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎
