Tasks & Priorities Quadrant, inspired by Stephen Covey"s the '7 habits of highly effective people'. Tip: do 'Important' tasks in advance, so they never get classified as 'Urgent'. In other words, on a weekly basis, try to diminish anything that needs to be written in quadrant 1, and tackle 'important' tasks while they are still classified as 'not urgent'.
