Enrolment to Tutorials, Workshops, Courses

The Enrolment process is only complete once payment of fees has been received. Should payment not be received, the student’s place on the course can be released to other paying students.
QUEST has the right to refuse enrolment to any student who is seen as detrimental to the welfare of other students in the course or QUEST.
We may also discontinue enrolment to any student who is disruptive or does not attend class.

Payment of Fees

Acceptable payment methods are transfers via Paypal and Online Banking. Fees should be paid by the deadline specified on each course.

Should a student enrol in a course, and decide thereafter to cancel their enrolment, no refunds may be provided, but a credit towards the next course or other tuition can be given.
If a course cannot be fulfilled by QUEST, the course will be run at a different date and time. Should this be the case, we will provide the option to the student to attend an alternative course date and time, or have a refund of the fees.

Should a QUEST organised course be fully subscribed, the student will be placed on a waitlist, and informed thereafter of the next available course.

Make-up Classes

Make-up sessions can be arranged at the discretion of QUEST. If available dates for make-up sessions do not suit a student’s availability, a make-up class cannot be guaranteed.

Public Holidays

Generally sessions will not be held on a public holiday.

Weather Conditions

Offline Sessions may not be held during severe weather conditions such as heavy typhoons or rainstorms where the government suggests people stay indoors. Make-up classes will be offered due to these forced closures, however we cannot guarantee that the time for such classes will fit students' schedules. It is the students responsibility to attend such classes.

Mobile Phones, iPhones and iPads

Electronic equipment such as mobile phones, iphones and ipads are prohibited from being used during sessions for leisure unless permission is granted or the task requires it.

All students enrolled in our sessions do so at their own risk, and we are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury to students or their family, care givers, or guests as a result of participating in the course. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
