How to check your study habits: A simple Self-Assessment for students

Do you ever feel like no matter how much time you dedicate to your study, you feel like it's controlling you, rather than having the control and self-confidence that you have things under control? 

What if you had the habits that ensured you got things done without all the stress, and you were the confident, calm student that you wished you could be?

Let's reflect on your current study habits so you can stay on track, feel more confident, and work toward your goals with less stress and more success. Every now and then, it's good to pause, check in and figure out where we're at with our study habits. When you understand your strengths and know what needs work, you can make small changes that make a big difference.
