Here's a Task & Priorities printable inspired by Stephen Covey's Time Quadrant from his book 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People'. With this concept, tasks and their priorities are determined by the combination of importance and urgency. 

Tasks fall into four categories:

1. Urgent & important
2. Not urgent but important
3. Urgent but not important
4. Not urgent and not important 

Here are the steps:

• Categorise each of your tasks
• Enter each task in the appropriate quadrant
• Once filled-in, ensure you focus on completing tasks in quadrant 2, which are your most important tasks. The goal is to tackle important tasks promptly before they escalate to quadrant 1.
• Minimise category 1, and get things done while it's category 2. 
• Quadrant 4 activities are generally time-wasters.
• Quadrant 3 distracts you from what is important, so it's a good idea to acknowledge these things without letting them take over.
